Blanc Creative is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our services or materials.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, client information, and campaign details.
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension of services or project termination.
The client will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on deliverables at specified points in the project timeline. Revisions will be considered within the scope of the project. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Termination may result in financial obligations outlined in the agreement.
Blanc Creative reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on our website.
